Takt had four visually different buttons and three navigation patterns in one product. We delivered the design system as code — tokens, components, and a lint rule that rejects raw colour values. A year on, three teams still use it unchanged.
The challenge
Three teams built in parallel with no shared foundation. Every new feature arrived with its own interpretation of the brand, and design review became a bottleneck nobody had time for.
